
At the initial discovery phase, we deeply research the factors that your target market possess. We look at psychographic, demographic, emotional, persona as well as other core marketing concepts which ultimately determine you market, as well as the requirements needing to be satisfied through the design.
In essence, this gives movement and practicality to the discovery phase. We conduct further research whilst asking the question – ‘How do we reach this market most effectively?’ We also use visual brand boards if applicable to get a better understanding of the styles we must achieve.

Can either be a very tedious, or a very simple sub-process. When talking websites, it may be long hours of coding; or when branding, it may documenting an appropriate understanding pertained through the research.
